Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use narimani.me, the personal website of Hossein Narimani (“I”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What the website offers
The website publishes articles and describes our services: founder coaching, intelligent business systems, custom AI agents and quant system design. It also offers assessments and self-discovery tools, booking and contact forms, and the Narimani Lab. The Narimani Lab has its own service terms, which apply alongside these.
2. Services under a separate agreement
Coaching, consulting and system-building work is delivered under a separate written agreement with each client, covering scope, fees, schedule and confidentiality. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
3. Content is not professional advice
- Articles, tools, assessment results and other content are for general information and education.
- They are not financial, investment, legal, medical or psychological advice. Content about trading and quantitative systems does not recommend buying or selling anything. Trading carries a real risk of loss.
- Coaching is not therapy and does not replace care from a qualified health professional.
- Assessment results are prompts for reflection, not a diagnosis.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s text, designs, logos, tools and code belong to Hossein Narimani unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please do not republish whole articles, or use the content commercially, without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website, please do not:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- try to access areas or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- run automated scraping or traffic that places an unreasonable load on the website;
- submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission.
6. Accounts
Where the website lets you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services such as Google, Telegram and a payment gateway. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
8. Google Calendar integration
The website’s administration panel can connect to Google Calendar. This feature is used only by the site administrator, with his own Google account, to keep his planning calendar in sync. Visitors are never asked to connect a Google account. How Google user data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. It forms part of these terms.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or its content. For a paid service, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
