The Approach

Vistaria isn't a general-purpose chatbot. Every employee is a self-contained unit with a clear job description, its own books and a kill switch; a job that doesn't pay for itself gets switched off. The scanner is the shared language: the same report card handed to the owner is the input for the growth team, the Instagram team and the prospector. The product also writes its own blog from real search demand — the Vistaria blog on SEO and AI-answer visibility comes out of that same loop.

My Role

  • Founder and sole engineer — from idea to launch; product, AI and infrastructure by one hand
  • Agent economics: every employee is a unit with its own P&L and kill switch; what doesn't earn its keep doesn't stay
  • Search Console, GA4 and Bing are read automatically, and the product writes its blog from real search demand
  • One shared core (synora_core) underneath both brands — Vistaria internationally, its Persian-market sibling for Iran
