Three panels
Doctor, front desk and patient; each sees what their work needs.
For doctors & dentists
Not an appointment app. The whole practice runs on one rail.
For doctors and dentists who want bookings, records, money and the team in one system, instead of spread across notebooks and separate apps.
On the rails
Doctor, front desk and patient each have their own panel. The record, the schedule and the books are shared.
Doctor, front desk and patient; each sees what their work needs.
Electronic patient records, in-practice prescriptions, and online visits with payment and secure chat.
Bookings, deposits, automatic SMS, and a follow-up queue that builds the front desk's call list every day.
Cash desk, finance, inventory, partner labs and treatment packages.
HR: contracts, payslips, leave and shift schedules.
Patients book from their phone, read lab results and message the doctor after a visit; the app installs to the home screen.
No-shows, patient return, revenue and cost, each in the practice's own numbers.
Screens from the live demo, with synthetic data. The interface is in Persian. See the live demo
For dentists
Tooth chart, perio chart and treatment plan, next to the same schedule, record and cash desk.
A live dental demo, with a fictional practice and synthetic data: See the dental demo
Setup
It opens in the browser, on the practice computer and on phones.
Its own name and settings; each practice's data is kept apart from every other practice.
Online, on the practice's real day-to-day work.
No need to digitise the archive on day one: when a patient comes back, their paper file is photographed into their record.
Records and patient history belong to the practice.
In daily use
Bookings, in-person and online visits, labs, the cash desk and the team, all in this system. These figures were recorded in that practice:

The first five practices come on board on special terms. Pricing follows the demo and your practice's own numbers, not the other way round.
Questions
No. It runs online and opens in the browser, on the practice computer and on phones.
There is no need to digitise the archive on day one. Each time a patient comes back, their paper file is photographed into their electronic record, so the archive moves over gradually, visit by visit.
The practice. Each practice runs its own separate instance, and its data never sits with another practice's. Every instance is backed up nightly.
Not yet. The system is not connected to the insurers' e-prescription services. Prescriptions are recorded in the practice's own records; for insured patients, the e-prescription is still written in the existing free systems, as it is today.
Patients and the team use it on their phones and can install it to the home screen like an app; notifications arrive on the phone. There is no Bazaar or Myket store version.
Demo
The demo runs on your practice's real day: visits per day, front-desk staff, how much paper there is. By the end it is clear whether this rail fits the way your practice works.
